Every eufy Security product is engineered to ensure your data is kept private. Keep a secure record of everything that happens around your home with the eufy Security Video Doorbell Dual (Wired). What's included: Video Doorbell Dual (Wired), Doorbell Chime, Screw pack, Mounting bracket, Micro-USB charging cable, Screw hole positioning card, 15° mounting wedge, Detaching pin, Quick start guide, Brand card, and 24/7 monitoring sticker.
The Video Doorbell Dual (Wired) has the following dimensions: L5.4 x W2.0 x D1.1 in (L13.8 x W5.0 x D2.7 cm) for the doorbell and L3.8 x W1.9 x D1.6 in (L9.6 x W5 x D4.1 cm) for the chime. Note that the Video Doorbell Dual must connect to your existing wires, using wiring with 16-24VAC, 30VA or more. If your transformer doesn't meet this standard, you'll need a new transformer to install your doorbell, and it's recommended to hire an electrician if you're unsure. The Video Doorbell Dual is not compatible with the existing chime, and it only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
The Video Doorbell (Wired) S330 does not connect to HomeBase, but you can share the device with your family members, adjusting permission settings as needed. It supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but not Apple HomeKit. The built-in 8GB eMMC storage can store up to 90 days of video, based on recording 25 videos per day, each 15 seconds long. You can use an Amazon Echo as a chime, but Google Home Mini is not supported. When the storage is full, new videos will overwrite the oldest ones.
The installation process has been designed to be as simple as possible, with an installation video available to guide you. The eufy S330 wired doorbell is not compatible with the user's existing chime and comes with a jumper to bypass it.
Note that push notifications with thumbnail previews require temporary cloud storage of the thumbnail preview images, and if you choose to use cloud-based features like cloud storage or push notifications with thumbnail previews, the videos or thumbnail previews will be sent to the cloud as needed to provide the selected features.
